Would you like to take $400 off of your state income tax and help Palo Verde School at the same time?  A.R.S. 43-1089.01 allows taxpayers to receive up to $400 tax credit by contributing to one of Palo Verde School's extracurricular activities. This tax credit allows any taxpayer (parent and non-parent) to take a $400 credit before paying Arizona State Income Tax while supporting school activities.

Activities such as sports, visual and performing arts, special programs, field trips, clubs, outdoor education, gifted programs, or classroom enrichment programs can be funded with tax credit money. The Palo Verde Elementary School District is committed to maintaining these activities for the enjoyment and enrichment of our sudents. Unfortunately, our funding is not sufficient to offset all of the associated costs. As a result, these programs must depend on fees from students. And that's where you can help.
